CYCLE: I to III ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium
MATERIAL: any types of baseball bats, balls with holes (road hockey)
Plenty of walls
TACTICS: Establish communication between tosser and striker
Establish eye contact before passing the ball
DESCRIPTION:
Layer 1:
- The game is played with teams of two
- One person will toss the bal while the other will strike it
- Rotate every 4-5minutes
- The tosser will be sitting in front of the striker
- The striker will stand perpendicular to the wall
MODIFICATIONS:
- If enough walls, space and equipment: everyone wi;; bat simultaneously
SAFETY
- Use appropriate balls depending the strength of the students
- The striker is not allowed to throw his bat when he swings
- Put children to an adequate distance from the wall
