TYPE: pursuit and evade
CYCLE: II and III ACTIVITY LEVEL: High
MATERIAL: 4 hoops, 2-3 pinnies
TACTICS: The shortest way is not the safest!

React fast enough to touch the opposite player
DESCRIPTION:
Layer 1:
- 3 teams are made in the class
- Each team is in a hoop, hoops are placed in the 4 corners of the gym and are bases
- Each team represents a brand of car, when this brand is called out, the whole team have to move to the free one
Layer 2:
- Some students will wear pinnies and will try to catch players out of the hoops
- When touched students are frozen but will try to catch other players without moving
MODIFICATIONS:
- It’s a championship!!! The team who has the most alive players after 6 rounds win
- Teams will decide of their own brand
- Can be used to learn new material (example: food groups instead of cars)
SAFETY
- Make sure kids use proper tagging (no slaps allowed)
- Players have to be aware of dangerous contacts (heads up and look where they go)
- Put the hoops far enough from any wall
